Maintain Florida builds its directory from public license records published by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Every business with an active construction, electrical, mold or home-inspection license is included automatically.
What does “verified” mean?+
A verified listing has been claimed by an authorized representative of the business, matched to its active state license, and is kept current by the owner. Verified businesses display a badge and are ranked first in search results.
Can I remove my listing instead?+
License records are public information, so basic listings remain. You can claim your listing to control what customers see, or contact us if the record itself is inaccurate.
Is there a free option?+
Searching and basic listings are free for everyone. Claiming adds owner controls and the verified badge for $10/month. There are no lead fees — homeowners contact you directly.
My trade isn’t licensed by the state. Can I be listed?+

After we review your local business tax receipt and insurance, we create your free listing, and you can add the verified badge from your contractor portal.
